Do Stock buyers and Options buyers have the same rights ?

You have the following rights if you own shares in a company's stock:

1. You are a part-owner of the company
2. You are entitled to receive dividends
3. You can vote in the company
4. Capital is your right

Option buyers do not have this right. They have the option contract, but not the obligation to it.
