You can change your email address on the upstox account by opening an online service request.

Steps to Change Your Email ID in Upstox

1. Go to www.upstox.com
2. Click 'Sign in' > 'Dashboard'
3. Login to the dashboard (upstox Back Office)
4. Click on the 'Service Request' button
5. Click "Change your email"
6. Verify your email address by entering a new one.

After the request has been submitted, it will take between 24 and 72 hours to process.
