If vehicle with an e-way-bill will be breaks down , then what to do?

When the vehicle is being transported with an EWB and it breaks down, the transporter can have the vehicle repaired and continue his journey using the same EWB. He can also change the vehicle by entering the details on that EWB portal using the Part B option. Then, he can continue the journey in the new vehicle within the original validity period.
