Is e-way bill compulsory required to transport all goods ?

Transport of all goods, except those exempted by rules or notifications, requires an e-way bill. Even if the consignment's value is less than fifty thousand rupees, movement of handicraft goods and goods for job-work purposes in specified circumstances requires an e-way bill. For more exemptions, please refer to the eway bill rules.
