For identity can I use my marriage certificate and For address proof can the electricity bill be taken as proof?

After marriage, I would like to obtain a new PAN card for my wife. My marriage certificate can I use as proof of my identity, and my electricity bill to prove that I am a resident. This case will require what documents to apply for a PAN Card.

You can use a marriage certificate to prove your identity. However, you cannot use an electricity bill to prove your address because it doesn't have the name or applicant.
