If applying for an PAN Card for minor , whose photograph needs to be attached?

At the time of applying to for a PAN Card for Minor, a photo and dated birth proof must be provided.

Parents/guardians should prepare the Minor PAN Card Application. The parent must sign the application.

The actual PAN Card For Minor will not include photographs of minors. The word "Minor" will be written in the PAN Card's space for photographs.
