If I move to another city , Do I need to apply for 'change in residential address' ?

You don't need to change your residential address on PAN Card. Your address is not stored on your PAN Card.

If you wish to change your address in the Income Tax Department Database, you will need to submit proof of your new address along with any other proof that you submitted previously with the Change/Correction form.
