If I want to open new Paypal account, do I need to apply for new PAN card?

Can I get a new PAN card number? Problem is that I used my HDFC bank to make Paypal transactions. My Paypal account was banned due to the contraction of policies between HDFCBankand Paypal. To open a new Paypal account, I need a new PAN Card.

 

You should not apply for a Permanent Account Number (PAN) again. Each PAN is unique and valid for the lifetime of the holder.

Individuals cannot have more than one PAN Card. The government can send a notice to the individual or company and can impose a Rs. 10,000 penalty. 10,000

If you believe there is a contraction in policies between HDFC & Paypal, then you should speak with their officials. A different PAN number will not be helpful.
