What do you mean by MID CAP ?

The current market categorizes companies into large-cap, small-cap, and mid-cap categories. Capitalization of a company is determined by its market capitalization multiplied with the current share price.

The mid-cap market capitalization is between Rs 5,000 and 20,000cr. In terms of revenue, profitability and employees, mid-cap companies are significantly smaller than large-cap businesses.
