In 1992, the company was incorporated. It was listed as a public limited company under the name Swastika Investmart in 1995. Sunil Nyati, a financial entrepreneur, founded the company. It began its business as a leasing finance company. In 1998 it started offering share broking services. Stock Broker has its headquarters in Mumbai and its administrative office in Indore. It has a client base of over 65000 people and 100 branches in various cities across the country. Additionally, the company has over 700 business partners and sub-brokers throughout the country.
